So i came across this legal 'childish' battle over the Guardian Newspapers today. I think that Caribbeanjobs.com was wrong. From what people were commenting on social media is that Trinidadjob.com always sends lawyer letters to all job websites for every little thing , using Ms. Neela as his lawyer, to frighten them into shutting down their websites or paying him "damages for using similar phrases or names". Apparently one person said they were now starting up a job recruitment website when they got a lawyer letter demanding that they shut down their website or pay damages. Please note that we do not have any web/ internet laws in this country and "passing of" can be widely argued. If you buy a domain name and choose what to do with it , is up to you. Take a look.
