Kale can essentially function similar to a multi-vitamin. Will look for this and try it. Seems to be very beneficial for the body, I had no idea it even existed.

Anti-inflammation is something I need more off in my life.

I recently discovered that Kale was available in Trinidad and I absolutely love it! I get it for $15-$20 in HiLo/Massy Stores. It's very versatile and can be eaten raw in salads and smoothies, baked, sauteed, steamed, etc. So far I have yet to find a cooking method that doesn't agree with it and I love all these benefits!
