The Government with the solution for crime?

Since before election last year the unc government boasted that they could solve this crime problem in the country and that how they have some plans if implemented would reduce crime. I personally know that crime can be a random thing a man could be drunk and disorderly and get in a fight and someone could die now that is crime that you can not prevent, but i'm talking about the other crime that are repeatedly happening rape,murders,car theft,kid nappings.

The new government is not impressing me a bit about solving crime they seem to be as just clueless as the PNM government when dealing with this.

What about the cameras that were hooked up for the summit? Are they even working ? So many accident cases could be solved by looking at the cameras to see what happening... What about strengthening the community by implementing watches and a councils why don't the ministers for the area make this happen.. Sigh GOVERNMENT STOP QUARRELING AND STUDY ABOUT US NAH
