Bad Customer Service in Trinidad & Tobago

Are you tired of being snubbed when you walk in to a store or paying for bad attitude and poor service?
It does not matter you can come vent from KFC to TSTT to Ruby Tue, the contractor that building your house, the garbage man etc. This is just a place for you to come vent let out some bad words, and most importantly raise awareness about places/companies/contractors etc they should avoid because of bad customers service. If they care enough about their reputations they would come and defend their status.

Well i know that Ruby Tuesdays and Pizza Hut In Price Plaza gives you the worst service ever... If you order something like eg. Fruit Punch they don't have it so then why put it on the menu...First of all when you reach there they take like 15 mins to come to take your order and then wait for the long process of food untop of that

1. Well Pizza Hut in Gulf View general has satisfactory service in my opinion but of late it seems to be dropping. I recently went and order a side of bread-sticks alone which would normally just take 5 mins for the most.This guy came and ordered a LARGE pizza after me and got it before me then when I checked to see what was going on all I got was and apology that they lost my order,sigh

2. Went into RIK high street and saw a sales clerk and asked the price of the bookmarks they had,she then told me.Then I asked if they had anymore in stock cause they only had a few on the shelf,she said no like if I bothering her and walk away.So I walk after she to 'nag' she and ask if they will be getting anymore soon,is only when she hear that I wanted to buy 50 then she tell me hold on and she went and bring out a whole set and restocked the shelf.

@Karrie: I have a very true, and very disturbing story about Pizza Hut Price Plaza.

Before I intended to see a movie at Movie Village with some friends, they wanted to get some pizza at Pizza Hut, so we went in and got seated fairly quickly. No problem. The waitress took our order and was pleasant. No problem. However, we waited almost 45 mins for our appetizers to get there (some people who came in with us actually left the restaurant because of the wait) and when she brought the Sprite we ordered, we ALL thought it tasted funny.

WHY? Because it wasn't Sprite. Apparently, they were out of Sprite but instead of coming back and retaking our drink order, they MADE their own Sprite. I know this because it tasted like a mixture of Soda, water and lime and not a lime flavour but ACTUAL LIME. There were small bits of lime peel in the mug that she brought. After waiting 15 more mins to get her attention, we told her this was not what we ordered. She asked what we did order and when we told her Sprite, she said they didn't have any. So WTF were they trying to serving us then? Unfortunately, she wasn't able to answer our questions, and after speaking to the manager about the situation, we left.

I haven't come across poor service like that any where else I've been and have never had a problem at TGIF or Rubys except for a few wrong orders which were quickly corrected.

I think only TGIF is the only place near us that gives us quick service..last time i ordered a drink and it was not the drink and they gave us the both free of charge....Pizza hut is the worst i rather buy Joe's or Papa's

Customer service really sucks. recently i went to blue martini on sutton street san fernando i walked in my friend we sat down, the waitress was helping someone else so we waited she passed by us looked and continued walking we said nothing.
I told the person i was with to by the bar and order our drinks so we did that still no one came to take our order the waiter was passing we called out to him he looked at us and went behind the bar at that point in time i was getting really angry i asked to speak to the manager i told very nicely that that even though we are dressed down we still have money and that his staff need some lessons in customer service and we walked out.
